                               RESOLUTION NO. 19677
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE LOOKOUT
                   VALLEY AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN, ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19, 1992, FOR
                   THE PRESENTATION OF THE "LOOKOUT VALLEY
                   CHRISTMAS PARADE" UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF
                   THE LOOKOUT VALLEY CITIZENS COMMITTEE, UNDER
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Lookout High Street between Lookout Valley
       High School and Adkins Road, the eastbound traffic lane of Adkins 

       Road between Isbille Road and Brown's Ferry Road, the southbound
       traffic lane of Brown's Ferry Road between Adkins Road and the
       Food Lion Grocery Store at 321 Brown's Ferry Road, the southbound 

       curb lane of Brown's Ferry Road between 321 Brown's Ferry Road 
and
       Cummings Highway, and the westbound curb lane of Cummings Highway 

       between Brown's Ferry Road and the back entrance to John A. 
Patten
       Elementary School located between Aster Avenue and Tulip Avenue
       on Saturday, December 19, 1992 between 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for 

       the presentation of the Lookout Valley Christmas Parade under the 

       sponsorship of the Lookout Valley Citizens Committee provided 
that
       the sponsor shall set out traffic cones and traffic control signs 

       in accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto and
       shall provide at all times an access lane for emergency vehicles.
